Refund policy

Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energised, and Reprogrammed by Sun Care Systems and once they are used by the recipient, they get connected to the user's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.

If there are any breakages observed, there is no return, exchange, or refund.

Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under the following circumstances:

 The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

The product supplied got damaged/lost during the shipping process.

The customer must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above-mentioned circumstances.

Exchange -

Sun Care Systems shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he/she shall contact us at suncaresys@gmail.com

 Sun Care Systems shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

 At the time of making a request for an exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of a broken product received).

 Only the particular product with broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.

 Transportation costs for sending the product to Sun Care System’s office shall be borne by the customer.

 The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.

 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.

 Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a 'return for refund' policy.
